The Riverside Country Club Junior Golf program creates a fun, positive learning environment where young golfers can learn and improve their golf skills. We use instruction and a variety of fun and creative activities to focus on the fundamentals of the game, both on the practice tee and golf course. We are committed to working with kids and helping them develop excitement about golf and overall enjoyment for the game.

COURSE TOUR
PGA Jr. League
Riverside will be participating in a Jr. League with a couple other courses in the area. This is a great way for junior golfers to learn to compete at golf! Youngsters are part of a team, in a scramble format and play matches against other junior golfers. This is a great opportunity for competitive and non-competitive juniors alike.
Juniors from ages 7-13 are encouraged to join the team!
Cost: $230 per child (includes a $110 member fee paid to the PGA of America for team shirts and other swag)
The season includes 1 practice and introduction, 4 head-to-head matches, and one season-end finale. Possible opportunities for an all-star for eligible individuals.
Limited to 24 - 36 participants. Golf member kids and grandkids receive first priority. Open to Non-Golf members and those members on the golf waitlist based on availability.

Jr. Golf Clinic Series
Riverside is excited to offer your youngster weekly summer golf lessons. Different aspects of the sport will be taught each week in a fun and inviting environment. Juniors will receive group and individual instruction and will enjoy learning through games, contests and prizes. Instruction will be tailored to the abilities of different age groups. The professional staff at Riverside believes in the ADM (American Development Model) which focuses on increasing the coordination and skills that will serve juniors in golf, as wells as, many others sports they may enjoy. Lessons will not be prorated based on attendance.

Make a tee time and enjoy 4 or 9 holes of golf, pizza, beer and lemonade out on the course. Golf carts are included. This event is open to Golf memberships only. Tee times are available from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Contact the Golf Shop direct at 406.586.2251

After weeks of practice and clinics, put the kids to the ultimate challenge with head to head competition on the golf course. C
This is a great way to wrap up the junior summer season! Tee times will be assigned (oldest age groups will go out first).
Tee times will be between 8am and 11:00am. Tee times will be assigned the day before the event.
$20 Entry Fee includes lunch, snacks and prizes
Players are allowed to play up into older age groups. Overall junior boys or girls club champions will be from the 18 hole format.

BOYS:
Age 14 - 18 boys (white tees) 18 holes
Age 10 - 13 boys (gold tees) 18 holes
Age 7 - 9 boys (junior tees) 9 holes
Age 6 & under boys (150 yds) 6 holes
GIRLS:
Age 15-18 girls (gold tees) 18 holes
Age 12 -14 girls (junior tees) 9 holes
Age 9 - 11 girls (junior tees) 9 holes
Ages 8 & under girls (150 yds) 6 holes
Parents are welcome and encouraged to ride along and watch or help their youngster!
