Hike: East Fork Mill Creek; a densely forested trail with occasional views; 75% shade

Meeting Place & Time: the parking lot for the RCC Tennis Courts; let’s be ready to leave at 7:30
Hiking Distance (RT): 6 miles, if we go all the way to a lovely turnaround spot in a big meadow
Estimated hiking time: 3 hours
Difficulty: Easy, with a couple of short climbs
Elevation Gain: 675’
What to bring: minimal snacks only, since we’ll be having lunch later; water; sunscreen; bug spray; bear spray, if you have it; perhaps poles for the short, rocky climbs; long pants, since there are bushes next to the trail; a change of shoes for after the hike; money for lunch and shopping
Lunch: Tru North Café in downtown Livingston; serving breakfast and lunch till 2:30
Shopping: in stores of your choice for an hour in downtown Livingston’s cute little shops, such as The Kitchen Shop, a store with Christmas decorations/other decor/ gifts, antique/second hand stores

Return Time: 3:30 - arrive back in Bozeman
Carpool info: We’ll be carpooling from the RCC Tennis Courts to the trailhead. The last 1 1/2 miles, as we approach the trailhead, is rutted, so SUVs are suggested.
