Starting Nov 1st, Chef Greg will be putting together a curated menu for the members every Tuesday.

There will be no off menu dining on Tuesday evenings, only the Tasting Menu presented. Reservations are required for each Tuesday evening and a cancellation policy of 48 hours is in effect. Reservations must be made by the Saturday prior each week.
In addition, our Food & Beverage Manager, Arkinda, will hand pick wines that accompany the courses. Wines are optional and available both by the glass and by the bottle.

Wedge Salad

Little Gem Lettuce, Nueske Bacon, Cherry Tomatoes,

Point Reyes Blue Cheese, Green Goddess Dressing


Lobster Newburg

Lobster Stew, Enriched with Cognac, Sherry Wine

and Sweet Cream, Served in a Puff Pastry Shell


Whole Roasted Quail

Herbed, Wild Rice Stuffing, Parsnip Pure, Crimson Grapes

Melted Leeks, and Poultry Jus


Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta

Red Wine Poached Mission Figs,

Gingersnap Crumble
