Chef Greg will be putting together a curated menu for the members on Sunday evenings.
There will be no off menu dining on Sunday evening, only the Tasting Menu presented. Reservations are REQUIRED for each evening and a strict cancellation policy of 48 hours is in effect. You will be charged in full if you cancel within 48 hours or no show. Reservations must be made by the Friday each week.
In addition, our Food & Beverage Manager, Arkinda, and her team will hand pick wines that accompany the courses. Wines are optional and available both by the glass and by the bottle.
