Every Tuesday evening Chef Greg will be putting together a curated menu for the members and their guests.
There will be no off menu dining on Tuesday evenings, only the Tasting Menu presented. Reservations are required for each Tuesday evening and a cancellation policy of 48 hours is in effect. You will be charged in full if you cancel within 48 hours or no show. Reservations must be made by the Saturday prior each week.
In addition, our Food & Beverage Manager, Arkinda, will hand pick wines that accompany the courses. Wines are optional and available both by the glass and by the bottle.

Hummus and Pita with Pickled Vegetables
Grilled Chicken Kebab, Toasted Quinoa, Harissa and Tzatziki Sauce
Sauteed Mediterranean Branzino, Artichokes, Sweet Peppers, Onions, and Zucchini, Sauce Chermoula
Lamb Chop, Rosemary Potatoes, w/Cherry Tomatoes and Feta Cheese
Olive Oil Cake with citrus salad and Anglaise
$65 per Person + 20% Gratuity
