Starting Nov 1st, Chef Greg will be putting together a curated menu for the members every Tuesday.

There will be no off menu dining on Tuesday evenings, only the Tasting Menu presented. Reservations are required for each Tuesday evening and a cancellation policy of 48 hours is in effect. You will be charged in full if you cancel within 48 hours or no show. Reservations must be made by the Saturday prior each week.
In addition, our Food & Beverage Manager, Arkinda, will hand pick wines that accompany the courses. Wines are optional and available both by the glass and by the bottle.

This week's menu:

Chopped Kale Salad

Pomegranate, Toasted Pecans, Feta Cheese, Red Onion

and Mint Vinaigrette


Smoked Salmon Carpaccio

Fried Capers, Crème Fraiche, Croutons

And Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Double Chop of Australian Lamb

Yellow Corn Polenta, Ratatouille Vegetable,

Lamb Jus


Granny Smith Apple Bread Pudding

Caramel Sauce, and Chantilly Cream

$45 per Person + 20% Gratuity
