Enjoy a selection of themed wines from George's Distributing paired with Chef Gregory's personally designed five course plated dinner which carefully compliment each wine. Wines to be released at a later date. 1st Prosciutto and Pears mixed young lettuces, frisée, brioche croûton, shaved parmesan, comice pear vinaigrette 2nd Diver Scallops banana fingerling potatoes, broccolini, sauce nantua 3rd Natural Black Angus Beef Short Rib braised red cabbage, glazed cipollini onions, herb spaetzle, red wine sauce 4th Valrhona Chocolate Bar After dinner, enjoy the after party with dancing and a live performance from The Max.
