An upscale country club is looking for a motivated individual with high-profile culinary, beverage, and service experience with the ability to provide strong leadership and customer service. Thorough knowledge of food service and proper food service techniques is required. Must be able to effectively manage all front-of-house staff and feel comfortable interacting with members and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations with major functions being: maximizing F&B revenue, bar inventory management, service training, managing the Assistant F&B Service Manager and Special Events Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have the skills to select, train and develop team members; maintain a quality product and service level; prepare budgets; ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards and other liquor laws.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays. 3+ years experience and familiarity with Jonas, CostGuard and other management systems preferred.
