The Riverside Country Club Junior Golf program creates a fun, positive learning environment where young golfers can learn and improve their golf skills. We use instruction and a variety of fun and creative activities to focus on the fundamentals of the game, both on the practice tee and golf course. We are committed to working with kids and helping them develop excitement about golf and overall enjoyment for the game.
Ages 10+ at 10:00am - 11:00am - $120.00

Riverside is excited to offer your youngster weekly summer golf lessons! Different aspects of the sport will be taught each week in a fun and inviting environment. Juniors will receive group and individual instruction and will enjoy learning through games, contests and prizes. Instruction will be tailored to the abilities of the different age groups. The professional staff at Riverside believes in the ADM (American Development Model) which focuses on increasing the coordination and skills that will serve juniors in golf, as wells as, many others sports that they may enjoy. Lessons will not be prorated based on attendance.
This lesson series will be progressive and will include all the following 6 dates:

Tuesday July 7 - Pitching & Bunker Play
Tuesday July 14 - Full Swing Fundamentals - Irons

Juniors from ages 7 - 13
Cost: $250 per child
(total cost includes a $120 fee paid to the PGA of America - for 2 team shirts and other swag)
Riverside will again be participating in a PGA Junior Golf League with a couple other courses in the area. This is a great way for junior golfers to learn to compete at golf! Youngsters are part of a team, in a scramble format and play matches against other junior golfers. This is a great opportunity for competitive and non-competitive juniors alike.

Cost: $100
Members can use this instruction platform as an add-on to other programs or as a stand-alone option based on player needs and preferences.
With your registration this season, you will get access to:
The Operation 36 App – watch videos, get advice on drills to practice, learn important concepts, and be able to track your progress. Op36 is becoming known as the most effective development program and use of technology to guide anyone in playing the game of golf. Progress tracking and event scoring by the professional staff.
Individualized Instruction – Each registrant will have access to up to FIVE – 30-minute private lessons with one of our professional staff at a discounted rate of $30/lesson.
Junior Development Program – Summer Session
The High School Golf Ready Program is designed to help junior golfers prepare for high school golf through structured instruction, supervised play, and independent skill development. This program focuses on building strong fundamentals, course management skills, and confidence in competitive environments.
Participants will receive professional instruction, guided on-course playing experience, and structured practice plans to help them develop the skills necessary to compete and improve.

After weeks of practice and clinics, put the kids to the ultimate challenge with head to head competition on the golf course.
This is a great way to wrap up the junior summer season! Tee times will be assigned (oldest age groups will go out first). Tee times will be assigned the day before the event. Players are allowed to play up into older age groups. Overall junior boys or girls club champions will be from the 18 hole format. Parents are welcome and encouraged to ride along and watch or help their youngster!
